The monthly report

One page per car per month: how far it went, how much energy went in, what that cost at your own tariffs, and the efficiency that follows from those two. Compared with the month before, so a change in your driving or the weather shows up as a change rather than as a number you have to remember.

With more than one car on the account each gets its own page, so a household with a commuter and a weekend car does not have to read one blended figure and guess which vehicle moved it. The report is built from the same trip and session records the rest of the app shows, so any line in it can be opened and checked.

Trips, tagged and exportable

Every trip is recorded with its route, its energy and its cost. Tag each one business or private — in bulk, or by rule — and the split carries through to the report. Export a trip as GPX, or a period as CSV, at any time and on any plan, including the free one. Your data leaves as easily as it arrives.

There is also a printable logbook: the trips, their tags, and a hash that lets you show the document was not edited after it was produced. In English-speaking markets that is the document an employer or a tax office asks for.

A note on Türkiye

Turkish tax law has no per-kilometre deduction for a passenger car, so we do not sell this as a tax feature there. What it is useful for in Türkiye is company-car expense tracking and a clean record of business against private use — which is what the Turkish version of this page says instead.
